How It Works:
RCA partners with nonprofits with budgets up to $750,000 who are ready to grow in ways that are sustainable and mission-aligned. Each member contributes 2% of their annual budget, with donor funds raised by RCA filling the gap. No one is asked to carry more than they can.
Over 12 months, nonprofits receive steady, embedded support that includes:
Strategic & Development Planning – Organizational strategy, program design, and long-term strategic and development planning.
Fundraising & Resource Development – Grant research and writing, donor pipelines, stewardship, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Narrative & Communications – Storytelling for fundraising, donor cultivation, and community engagement, along with communication tools and guidance.
Capacity & Operations – Strengthening communications systems, operational tools, and day-to-day practices.
Board Development – Training, planning, and tools to support effective governance.
Workshops & Shared Learning – Core learning for staff and boards, plus peer-led and experimental offerings shaped by the alliance network.
