Radical Capacity Alliance was founded in 2025 by Patty Curry & Chelsea Miller, who are also award winning strategists and founders of Curry & Miller, which was established in 2020. Since then they have partnered with dozens of nonprofits across the Hudson Valley supporting them in fundraising, strategic planning, program development, and organizational storytelling. That work confirmed what we had long suspected: small nonprofits require a different kind of support. Radical Capacity Alliance is a fiscally sponsored project created to meet the unique needs of smaller nonprofits and to reimagine what capacity-building can look like when equity, continuity, collaboration, and care are at the center.
